Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Creativ Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the service.
1. The service
Creativ Coach is an AI-assisted creative coaching tool operated by Adelaide Audio Institute Pty Ltd (ABN: 24 798 063 363) ("we", "us", "our"). It helps music creatives structure and progress their projects through guided conversation.
The service is provided via the website at creativcoach.app. Access requires an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Creativ Coach. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the service through your account. Notify us immediately at ben@adelaideaudioinstitute.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Creativ Coach offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
- Free student access — current enrolled students of Adelaide Audio Institute may receive free access for a fixed period as communicated at signup. After this period, access converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Refunds — refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not made significant use of the service. Contact us to request a refund.
- Price changes — we will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices, by email to your registered address.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the AI prompts or system instructions that power the coaching.
- Use the service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or in violation of any law.
- Attempt to circumvent the crisis safety measures built into the service.
- Share account access or resell access to the service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the creative content you share in coaching sessions. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the coaching service.
We do not use your creative content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how content is handled.
7. AI limitations
Creativ Coach is powered by a large language model (Claude by Anthropic). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You should apply your own judgement to all coaching suggestions. The service is an aid to your creative process, not a replacement for it.
8. Not a health service
Creativ Coach is not a mental health service, counselling service, or crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact:

While we have built crisis detection into the app that provides emergency contact numbers when crisis language is detected, this is not a substitute for speaking to a real person.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Creativ Coach available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any loss caused by downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelaide Audio Institute Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Creativ Coach. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
